Todd Anslinger has worked at Chevron for 18 years.  He leads the IIoT CoE and is responsible for communicating with all of Chevron's BU's globally about the value that particular use cases could bring to their BU and to provide a resource to help the BU's navigate the first couple of IIoT projects until they can build their own IIoT organizational capability.  He comes from a process automation background and is keenly in tune with operations and facilities engineering.  He sits on the ARC Digital Transformation Council and the Rockwell Automation Customer Advisory Board.

Alan Bryant

Alan Bryant, PE, PMP has a MSEE degree from University of Missouri at Rolla (now Missouri S&T).  He has spent most of his 29-year career working in the upstream oil and gas industry with Exxon and Oxy.  His roles have included facility engineering, major project management, instrument engineering, control system engineering, and automation engineering management.  In the upstream O&G business, he has worked primarily with PLC and SCADA systems and some DCS.  He is currently in Oxy's Central Automation Group which is developing OOG's automation strategy for the future.  Alan is also active on ISA standards committees including ISA 112 (SCADA), ISA 101 (HMI) and ISA 18 (Alarm Management).

Will Whitley joined Oasis in September 2016 as Senior Artificial Lift Production Engineer Advisor.  Prior to joining Oasis Will served as Senior Advising Production Engineer at Chevron and has 39 years of experience in the oil and gas industry.  He began his career with Union Oil Company of California serving in several production engineering and management positions in the Mid-Continent as well as the Gulf of Mexico.  Following the merger with Chevron Mr. Whitley served as Senior Advising Production Engineer over the Oklahoma Asset and has authored an SPE paper and two Southwestern Petroleum Short Course papers.  He serves as a Technical Advisor to the University of North Dakota Energy and Environmental Research Center and is on the University of North Dakota Petroleum Engineering Industry Advisory Council.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Oklahoma Oil and Gas Association, Oklahoma Energy Resource Board and the Southwestern Petroleum Short Course Board of Directors.  He holds a Bachelor of Science in Petroleum Engineering from Texas Tech University.
